It’s election time in Grange Hill and the students are battling it out to become Head Boy and Head Girl.
The Posh and Becks of Grange Hill, Tanya and Togger, are hoping for a double electoral victory. To help them succeed, they recruit their siblings. But Jenny and Lucy are at each other’s necks, and aren’t helping at all! Will this affect Tanya and Togger’s campaign? Only time will tell.
In this week’s Backstage Video we introduce you to Sam, the fresh-faced youngster who plays Clooney. He’ll be in next week’s episode, which is all about cross-country and you can see a sneak preview of that episode in our Spoiler Video. You can also watch episode 3’s election madness on the iPlayer. Check out these election photos too.
Meanwhile, back in the Community Learning Centre, Kathy is running a project for the Year Six pupils. The children are asked to report on the election for their own website. What scandals will they unveil?

Episode Two: Boarderman
Accidents do happen, and when they happen in Grange Hill they lead to all manner of mischief!
Skateboarding is banned in school when Theo is involved in an accident that causes Lucy and Rachel’s computer game to smash.
Lucy starts a campaign to ban all sports in the schoolyard, so Laxo sets up his own campaign… ‘Set Skateboarding Free’.
The two tearaways from this episode, Dequaine and Tom (who play Theo and Laxo) are the stars of this week’s Backstage Video and they’re talking about sport.
But, back to the story! Theo and Laxo aren’t the only ones distracted by the campaign, as a masked skateboarding hero then shows up, but who is it? Ed and Tigger nickname this mystery figure ‘Boarderman’, but can Boarderman change the mind of Mr. McDonnell to allow skateboarding in Grange Hill once again? Look at these photos of Boarderman!

Episode One: New Beginnings
Things have changed at Grange Hill over the summer, online as well as on screen!
Mr. McDonnell is now the Deputy Head, the Humphries brothers have left and Kathy is now a member of staff (but she’s still ok).
Some things never change though. The Johnsons are still tearing around the place and Tigger, Alex and Ed are causing as much mayhem as ever.
We’ve got a Backstage Video with Jack (Tigger) and Alex (Ed) who are talking about the coolest peeps on Grange Hill!
New on the Grange Hill scene is Bryn’s new friend Ducket, who’s a bit different! Abel’s younger brother, Theo, is also a fresh face in school. Together with his super-cool mate Paxo he’s already started Year 7 by making an impression on the sixth-form girls. Vote for your favourite Year 7 here and see pics of them here!
